Claressa Shields etched her name in the history books Sunday, becoming the first U.S. boxer in history to win back-to-back Olympic gold medals.

The defending champion dominated the tournament, winning every round on every judge’s scorecard en route to the gold in the women’s middleweight division.

The division’s top-seeded boxer, Shields withstood a few solid shots from her opponent, the Netherlands’ Nouchka Fontijn, before taking control of the match.

Shields is only 21 years old, so a three-peat in four years at Tokyo 2020 is a definite possibility.
