Free-agent linebacker Mike Neal will agree to be interviewed by NFL officials in relation to Al Jazeera America’s performance-enhancing drug report, a source told Dan Graziano of ESPN.

Neal had initially opted against joining Clay Matthews, Julius Peppers, and James Harrison in consenting to the interviews, but the NFL now appears to have the cooperation of all four active players named in the report.

The NFL announced Monday that suspensions would be handed down to players who decline to participate in the interviews.

Neal, Matthews, and Peppers have been relatively silent on the issue, but Harrison has taken aim at the league on multiple occasions.

Most recently, the Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker called commissioner Roger Goodell a “crook” while addressing the suspension threat.

Neal hit the free-agent market this offseason after spending the first six years of his career with the Green Bay Packers. There was reported interest in his services earlier in the year, so he could catch on with a new team at some point before or shortly after Week 1.
