Questions to Answer

  • Can Teddy Bridgewater become enough of a passing threat to free up the running game?
  • Can the Vikings hold off the Green Bay Packers in the NFC North again?
  • Does Adrian Peterson have another monster season in him?

Best-case Scenario

With Peterson, the continued development of Bridgewater, an infusion of offensive weaponry, and one of the best defenses in the league, the Vikings can find themselves in Super Bowl LI in Houston if everything falls into place.

Worst-case Scenario

If first-round pick Laquon Treadwell is unable to make an impact on the passing game and Bridgewater fails to take the next step, Minnesota could find themselves sitting out the postseason. In that case, the Vikings would have to set their sights on competing for a Super Bowl in their home stadium in 2018.
