The Los Angeles Dodgers’ rotation continues to struggle to stay healthy this season, as the club announced Tuesday it has placed starters Brett Anderson and Scott Kazmir on the 15-day disabled list.

Anderson (blister) and Kazmir (neck inflammation) are the 26th and 27th players to land on the disabled list for Los Angeles this season, tying the MLB record.

Kenta Maeda, the Japanese pitcher who signed an “incentive-laden” eight-year deal with the Dodgers in the offseason after his physical exam discovered “irregularities,” is now the only pitcher on the team to make all his starts this season.

Despite a delicate rotation, the Dodgers have somehow managed to claim first place in the NL West division, even without staff ace Clayton Kershaw, who’s currently recovering from a herniated disc in his back.
